Historic Miles Building Downtown, Asheville was in need of some air conditioning. Take a look at a few of the stores we installed Samsung ductless mini split systems in. We located the outdoor units on the rooftop and repelled down the side of the building to strap refrigerant lines and electrical wiring to the wall…whew!!!

Viktors Granite should have some happy employees this winter, now that they have over 125’ of hanging gas tube heaters. I am guessing that it is obvious how difficult this job was!

Spence residence in West Asheville. Replaced very old oil furnace with a Heat Pump that met tax credit standards! I thought we would never get the old furnace out of the basement, up the stairs, and through the kitchen…

This replacement system was for my Dentist Dr. Bowen. He had an existing Apollo hot water heating system with a/c and we replaced it with a First Co. Hot Water unit and a Heat Pump! Now he has one of the best dual fuel systems in town. Looks like he has another system right beside it that may need replacement in the near future. (The third picture is Roberto and I after we forgot our rain gear and umbrella and had to borrow one from Dr. Bowen’s children…lol

Oak Hill United Methodist Church was ready for air conditioning this summer after 103 years without it! We were also able to give them a back up heat source making them heat pumps as well. Take a look at this turn key job with carpentry included to build a platform and hide the indoor air handler.

Clayton Residence in Swannanoa. This was a new construction home that that didn’t spare any expense for the HVAC. We installed a Dual Fuel Trane Heat Pump with Gas Back-Up. Gas piping for the large stove and venting of the stove hood. Instant Gas Water Heater, One Gas Fireplace and Two Wood Burning Fireplaces with Gas Log Lighters. We installed a Samsung Mini-Split system for the bonus room with remote control. The main furnace also came equipped with a Trane Clean Effects Air Cleaner and a Touch Screen Programmable Thermostat.

Pomeroy Property in Biltmore Forest. This home did not have any central air conditioning or ductwork, only an old boiler system. We added two new Heat Pumps with air handlers and ductwork. We had to take special care in this historic home, especially when cutting registers into the existing plaster ceilings.

Norem Residence in Sondley Estates. This was a replacement of an existing heat pump where the air handler was located inside the finished house in a carpeted room. We had to be very careful here!
